Please read carefully for our policies below:

Reservations are accepted up to 30 days in advance by RESY

Reservations via email and voicemail are not accepted.

Note: if there is no available schedule on the date you were looking for it means our reservation schedule is fully booked

however please click notification button for waitlist, we will email you as soon as the table open for reservation.

Kabuto dining experience will last approximately 2 hours and consist of the finest raw fish available expertly

prepared for your enjoyment. As much as we want to substitute or change the items for your needs,

we are sorry that we don't allow substitutions.

A credit card authorization is required for all reservations.

Please cancel at least one business day in advance to avoid a 100% cancellation fee.
